About:Ganga Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd, with Registration No. BOM/W/S/GHG(T.C) 8371- 94-95, is a tranquil housing society approximately 32 years old. We fall under the jurisdiction of the Assistant Registrar, S - Ward, Belapur. The society spans a plot of about 1700 sq. mtr. We currently have 49 flats/members. Given the age of the building, it necessitates significant repairs or redevelopment as per Government norms and members' requirements.

Our building, being over 32 years old, requires substantial repairs. The Managing Committee has decided to proceed with redevelopment in full compliance with Section 79 (A) of the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act 1960. To oversee this process and ensure compliance, we have appointed Mr. Sameer Diwekar as an advisor. Initial steps towards redevelopment have already been taken, including engaging a reputable company to prepare the Feasibility Report. Our aim is to construct a robust building with earthquake resistance using top-quality materials and guidance from leading Project Management Consultants and developers. The new building will boast a unique appearance with a projected lifespan of 70 to 100 years.
Future Plans for Ganga Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd.:The new building plan ensures that members will not need to worry about space adequacy or relocating.Facilities Included:Car parking Clothes washing and drying facility. Storage facility, Solid compound with superior drainage, Compound wall with adequate protection and lighting Enhanced security Power backup for lifts and passage lights. Rainwater harvesting etc
Membership:To prevent overcrowding and maintain member comfort, new memberships will be limited.
Common Amenities:All the facilities mentioned above will be available to all members.
